A newly-published writer visited our local library on Thursday. She is Anna Lawrence Pietroni and her book is Ruby's Spoon - a dark fantasy set in an industrial town in 1933. Absolutely magical. I can recommend it!

Anne! You were missed! We all commented that it might have been because it was the last Urchfont or may be it was because you and Kate were not there but it was quieter.
I've just started Module 6 and hope to complete it in the next 12 months so whether I turn up at the new venue is debatable at the moment. It looks good though so I might be tempted!
